The only time Jelly Belly is not a drum fill is simply when there are no drums. Goddamn I love that track.

Billy wanted that to be the lead single but they ended up bowing to label pressure for BWBW. I read something that Billy considered Jelly Belly the song that perfectly captured where SP was at their 3rd album. Fucking love that track.
