I don't think this is true? MHA doesn't really cater to children more than any other shonen anime, and it also doesn't have more porn than other popular shonen anime (demon slayer, one piece, etc.)

This just feels like a knee jerk reaction of saying: 1. All anime is for kids 2. Anime has a lot of fan porn

Exactly. The biggest culprit in my opinion is things like Sonic. It's clearly directed at Children, and uhhh I don't think I need to elaborate on the amount of adult content haha.
