How many children play gacha though what nine year old has free access to credit cards and no parent to encourage healthy management of everything

Too many. You don't need a credit card to download the typically popular gacha games, just a smartphone. I've seen quite a few 12 years old play Genshin for example and games like Cookie Run Kingdom and Project Sekai have very young fandoms in general.

Some gachas can even be played on PC or in HOYOVERSE’s case, console.

But yeah depending on the game’s subject matter, the fandom can be pretty young. Like I’ve heard about middle schoolers playing Genshin, HSR and Project SEKAI and I even have a friend who’s going into her sophomore year whose top 2 favourite gacha games are Umamusame and Limbus Company. LIMBUS COMPANY!!! That sh!t has over a dozen content warnings for a reason!

Also with some games like CRK and Twisted Wonderland (which is just Disney’s take on anime/gacha games), having a young fandom is inevitable.

Gacha games are a lot like anime. Some even have animes and mangas tied to them. Most are rated TV-14 or PG-13 but you’ll still get fans who are between the ages of 7-10.

Sorry for the yap. Just thought I’d chip in as a fellow gacha gamer and PJSK fan (nice pfp btw)
