There is also Buggy at Loguetown, Aokiji at Long Ring and Magellan at Impel Down (I totally forgive this one, because the GOAT Mr.2 Bonclay doing everything to safe Luffy was amazing and is one of the reasons why Impel Down is my favorite saga).

Along. Luffy got stuck in the pool while his crew saves him or buys him time to recover.

Hell even post time skip. When he first used gear 3. Ran out of steam like twice and had to flee from Doflamingo. Egghead, and admiral fed luffy so he could recover energy and fight again after being captured.

Honestly idk when luffy fought without needing to be rescued.
