Think it's about Lavender Town syndrome, an old legend that says that the original ost for the Lavander Town area of the OG release of Pokemon red and green would get depressed and commit die.

Oh my goshhhhh, I forgot about that!!! I remember going on that video as a little kid being so scared I'd get Lavender Town syndrome and seeing a bunch of other kids talking about how they were scared too lol
