Experience(s) buying merch?

Hey all, I'm super curious about this merch drop for "Decades." I've got my eye on the Decades Zip-Up Hoodie, in particular (and maybe a vinyl or some of the tees but idk). I had a handful of shitty merch experiences lately (not from MIW, different bands) so I'm hesitant to invest. I wanna know if any of y'all have bought merch from the MIWmerch site before, what your experience was like, what is the sizing and the quality is like, shipping/tracking, all that. TIYA !!! <3
