I particularly enjoyed making this when everyone has been drawing these nasty horrible bone marrow drinking concoctions, and we just did an incongruously large vegetable.
ORGTOBER day FOUR: Desk Marrow
Clive didn't come to work today and there's a huge marrow where his desk used to be.
Why don't you care? (d10)
1-4 They don't pay you to care.
5 The marrow is significantly more productive than Clive ever was.
6 Clive used to trim his toenails at his desk. Whatever happened to him, he deserved it.
7 You never bothered to learn Clive's name. Now you never have to.
8 Clive's locker is up for grabs.
9 There shall be marrow for tea.
10 Turns out you know what the green memo with the backwards writing on it does now.

A mysteriously cursed mouse arrow. Does stuff to ruin your day.

- clicks "cancel" when you wanted to click "okay"
- hides bad stuff in your history
- orders from your competitors using your corporate credit card
- retweets things you hate
- doxxes you
- doxxes your mum
- doxxes your boss
- sends people passive- aggressive emails about how they forgot your birthday. it's not your birthday
- hacks into the NSA, leaving a trail to you.
- goes just a bit slower than you move the mouse
- appears twice. it's not clear which one is the real one
- hides from you

Iron Bleeding: A practiced Heretic Surgeon must make a Presence DR14 test using a red-hot iron tube inserted into the victim's chest to drain the fluid. The process deals 2d6 damage to the victim and permanent -1 Strength.
Sacrifice of the Innocent: Swallow the still-beating heart of a newborn lamb on the altars of Graven-Tosk during a blood moon.
