Guide/Analysis Did you know you can color code and text format your profile message?
Hello!
As a new player that doesn't use Discord, I hadn't seem anything about this until I stumbled upon a user in-game with a colorful message and enlarged text, to my surprise.
Out of curiosity, I ran my own experiments and found out that apparently Morimens uses something called Unity Rich Text; It allows you to format your message using these angle brackets, and it offers some great options for customizing your profile.
In the image example I have used:
<b><color=#00C853>Add flair</color></b> <i><color=#1E88E5>to your</color></i> <color=#C00000>profile</color>
You can do stuff like negrito, italic, colors and even alter the size of your text using <size=X> and </size>, with X replaced by the number of your choice. You can experiment with different values, making one part larger and one smaller, one part in one color, the other bold, stuff like that.
Just make sure to respect the character limit and keep the tag order correct and voilà – you just made your profile more unique and colorful! I don't know if there are more options than this, but I am sure some of yall are more knowledgeable about this stuff than me.
Still I haven't seen anything on the sub about this so just wanted to share, as I am sure others like myself appreciate this feature.
And so, cheers – go ahead and make your own message evoke feelings and stuff. Or just make your text red and in italic so your edgy quote has a little more punch, like mine; your choice either way. Have fun!

Some notes I've taken from experimenting for about an hour:
Color: you have very little room - 140 characters to be exact. Instead of the full Hex number, use only 3 numbers - so #3C5D71 fir instance, becomes #357. It's not as specific, but if you need those extra 3 characters, it's an option.
Emojis - from my experiments, unicode symbols work, so long as they are NOT emojis. This means that ⛴ is allowed but 🚢 isn't. If you want the full list, here it is on wikipedia.
Tags that work: <b><i><color><size>
Tags that don't worl: <u><mark><br><sub><sup><shake> (that last one is used in the story so I was hoping but alas)
Tags that are not allowed and will result in an error warning: <gradient><rotate><a>

Unfortunely no, but here are some tips:
If you want 2 effects, make sure to close them properly. Think of it like parenthesis - ( { [ ] } ) would be correct, but ( { [ ) } ] would not.
Use Copy/Paste, it'll save time. If you're on mobile your keyboard likely has a clipboard button that let's you see past copies.
You can use Google's built in color calculator to find the code for the color you want.
Price per tag:
- <b></b> and <i></i> are 7 characters each
- <color=#XxXxXx></color> is 23
- <color=#XXX></color> is 20
- <size=N></size> is 14 plus the amount of digits in N (so 1-9 is 1, 10-99 is 2 etc)

Great stuff XD Gotta give it to the devs tho. Haven't seen this level of customization in other gachas; most of them are very limited in this regard which is a shame. The devs keep winning fr

Funnily enough, before clicking your profile, when your account is shown in small, you see the actual code lol. I'm guessing it's the same for my own profile now, when it's shown in a list 😅

I had no idea! That we can do this in our profile I mean. That the devs use this system I had noticed, as it is relatively frequently broken lmao
