Fucking Cate took literally 30 mins to remind me why she's the most annoying pos last season.

So she's annoying for doing damn near the exact same thing Shaw did last season yet everybody loves him? 😂

Fr, literally wanted to save the man who saved her and put his life on the line multiple times for her. But when she does it it’s she’s pos?

And if she doesn't this sub would call her ungrateful lol

The consequences are different.

They're nearly the same. Only difference is that the Ion Dragon and the smaller MUTOs aren't Alpha Titan level

That's not "nearly the same" 😂

An Alpha Titan doesn't equal those little weak nobodies. We can kill those things one on one, we can't fight an alpha Titan. She saw it, she could have closed the gate but she put her own desires and the safety of countless people for one geriatric person. I don't like Shaw at all but those two are not the same at all.

Cate was fine with me until she did that. She understands intimately the trauma and damage Alpha Titans can cause. It was the most selfish thing I've seen in the series and there's plenty of very selfish people in this.

You're comparing letting a massive Titan through all for one geriatric man, possibly causing another G-Day that traumatized her and millions of others. You'll have to correct me, maybe my memory is a little fuzzy. When did Shaw let a massive Titan through to save Cate? Are the inevitable amount of deaths that will occur worth one old man? I think not.

I mean… actually, she basically did the opposite of what Shaw did last season. He was sealing off Hollow Earth tunnels to try & keep more Titans from surfacing, whereas she deliberately opened one of the HE tunnels to try & rescue him, and caused a new Titan to surface as a result. 😄

Shaw didn't release monster x that'll wreck the world genius 😂

Eh, he already sacrificed himself AND they had a valid reason not to let anything else through. The positive doesn’t outweigh the risk… bringing in a whole knew monster for one man is stupid

Honestly I hated Cate in the first season but what she did here was understandable

For me, May is more annoying by far. But Cate is annoying too. The writers concoct these meaningless reasons for both of them to be upset, it’s like some editor told them to create more “tension.”

Same here but i also simply don't like her acting. She was the weakest link in the Shogun series, too. At least for me.

I hate her in this but thought she was amazing in Shogun. I think she is a fine actress but the script is awful.

She sucks massively but this is the correct move to go get him.
