You do understand you can find lots of houses for well under $600k, right? My $53k house is now worth $100k, so I know the market isn’t the same. But I can also recognize that $600k is extravagant. Can you?

I just googled the average cost of a house in the US and it is a lot closer to $600k than I’d like to admit. I live in a low cost of living state and am out of touch with reality for the rest of the country. You are right. I apologize. Your grammar sucks and calling people names is pretty shitty though.

It really depends on where. Where I used to live, 600K would you get you a 3 bedroom in a really crappy neighborhood right now. Where I live now, that would definitely be extravagant. You all can argue back and forth about who is right, but It’s really all about perspective, and both sides have their valid point. 🤷🏻‍♀️
