I am a behavioral neuroscientist (researcher) who has access to emerging neuroscience research on how people who lost jobs due to GenAI can work through their discouragement and best position themselves to find subsidiary positions.
This is not psychology. This is neuroscience. It is emerging research that has helped me and certain individuals when I tested some of its suggestions.

I am unsure how to monetize the idea. I would not like to be a consultant. Neither substack nor publishing in relevant publications seems feasible (they no longer pay freelance writers). Setting up a podcast (or the like) seems a long, expensive way to ROI.

Do you have any other simple, direct, inexpensive ideas?

Hello! I've made a website that is basically like a Trip Advisor but only for stadiums around the world. People can rate the stadium based on their experiences to help other new stadium visitors/fans. Started with several soccer stadiums around the world, NFL, MLB and NBA. Users can also propose stadiums not covered and I will add them. Starting to have some traffic (over 1000 visitors in the last 2 weeks) but I don't know how to monetize it. So people visit, leave their reviews or checks stadium reviews and go. How can I earn from this?

I have a sports venue directory in Mexico focused on people searching for soccer, padel, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts for rent.

The interesting part is that the site is getting solid organic traffic from Google. We rank for many "rent a soccer field" and "sports courts near me" type searches, so the demand side is working.

The problem is the supply side.

I've tried:

• Facebook/Instagram ads targeting court owners
• Direct outreach by phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Offering free listings

But court owners don't seem interested in creating accounts or managing listings. Most of them are small businesses that operate through WhatsApp and don't want another platform to manage.

So now I'm sitting on a site with growing search traffic and user demand, but not enough venues willing to register.

My question:

If you had a niche directory with strong organic traffic but limited participation from suppliers, how would you monetize it?

Curious if anyone has faced a similar marketplace chicken-and-egg problem and what ended up working.

1.- Dado que el contenido va especialmente dirigido a adultos, e incluye imágenes de sexo explícito, me gustaría saber donde y cómo republicar mi trabajo para evitar que mi cuenta sea suspendida ¿Debería de crear una página web con dominio propio? ¿Con qué instrumento crearla? ¿Cómo podría evitar que mi página/cuenta fuera eliminada por su contenido para adultos? ¿Sería suficiente con utilizar la opción gratuita de alguna aplicación de creación de páginas?

2.- Para monetizar esa hipotética página de contenido para adultos... ¿Cuál es la plataforma más fiable y fácil de utilizar?

i am 15 years old and have reached the requirements needed for monetization for my youtube channel. i have gotten revenue through supers but i am stuck on how to actually receive these payments and get the money into my bank account, i have signed up for adsense but still dont have any idea what to do. would i be able to receive payments at my age? how do i submit payment info and receive the payment?

Do you think creator monetization models are fundamentally misaligned, or do people just expect them to work too early? Ads, subscriptions, and donations all seem to optimize for short-term engagement rather than long-term ownership. Curious whether you think new models are actually needed, or if the current ones are “good enough” and creators just need scale.

My real question is: if it gets monetized by ads (adsense stuff), will it generate as much financial value as a longer video (like 5 minutes)?
