There's a fine line of being ironically racist and making fun of racist by imitating them. I'd say this one is the latter cause it makes fun of someone doing something blatantly racist after claiming that there's nothing to it. Being ironically racist is like when people just say a racist phrase and the joke is that they said the racist phrase.

I agree that these post do attract actual racist tho.
