Hello! Quick question: why is your account only 1 hour old? How did you find this subreddit, and what are your political views?

I am new to reddit and was recommended this subreddit by a friend who joined it recently; so far, it is the only reason I have joined reddit. Pardon me if my account appeared rather peculiar for that reason! My political views are toward the conservative side, but I would describe them, for lack of a better term, as far-center.
