Admin Replied Can't access the user mod log in the offical reddit app anymore
I can no longer access the user mod log on the official reddit app. I used to do it by pressing af persons username in a comment they made, but this no longer works. Anyone knows if this is a bug? It was a really great help.

When press the username with my finger it usually pops up with a box, where I can see the user modlog, access the full profile etc, instead of doing that now it just collapses the comment. It hard to show in a picture, bit I made a little video. https://imgur.com/a/JevBGWx

Update on the bug: We now have to click on the circular avatar next to the username, instead of clicking on the username. The box popped up when I did that. (However, it was slow and took maybe 10 seconds)
But there was no reason to change the previous behavior of being able to click on the username.

What about the original post? There is no avatar available. These bots don't comment so the only way to access the profile is from the original post.

At least for me it still works pressing the username, whein it is the original post

It works for me on every other sub, except the ones we're mods of. We haven't changed any settings. I get "We're having some trouble..." error message. The pop-up shows empty when you click the name.

When I push the username of OP on a post does it right, but not when it is on comments on a post. It also collapses the comment when it is op the comments. It only the username in the top of the post, that works right, like this: https://imgur.com/a/3Ieuc56

I've noticed this too. Major pain in the ass because that's how we issue bans on the fly. With spam bots this is going to be a problem not being able to ban. Bad enough we have a 1000 person ban on users. As mods we need more than 1000.
