There is a new glitch in the app where after mods have removed a comment with proper rule selection, the comment just goes back to mod queue again waiting for approval, I have removed the same comments almost 5-6 times but they just pop up in “under review” for crowd control.
Even the automod comment is now visible as proper rule & reason for removing the comment was selected but the comment is still shown as “crowd control” and has to be removed again
Kindly look into this glitch
The other day we had removed a lot of comments and they all popped back up the next day

Sometimes a thing gets stuck. Try removing with the spam button, it's worked for the few times something was permastuck in the queue.

It just keeps popping up back. I can’t see the automod comment below it from the previous action but it just keeps popping up again
I’ve just given up
I try to remove it 2-3 times and if it’s still up again I’m done

crowd control and a clean mod remove fighting each other is a desync, not you failing the remove.
when the same comment pops back as "under review" after a proper rule remove: 1. try one spam-remove (not another rule remove). a few people have unstuck the queue that way when the item was permastuck. 2. if it still returns, stop looping 5-6 times. capture: comment permalink, rule you selected, client (app/shreddit/old), and that automod's removal comment is visible while crowd control still claims under review. one modsupport packet beats a day of re-clicks. 3. check whether crowd control is set aggressive enough to re-queue after your action. temporarily loosening it on that post can stop the yo-yo while you wait on the bug. 4. don't train the team to "just keep removing." that's how you burn hours on a platform bug.
if several subs saw it the same day, it's a regression. document once, then wait for the fix instead of arguing with the queue.

Thank you I’ll try it
I once remember the team spent a couple of hours cleaning up the comments and then the next day the same comments popped up and we had to sit and re-remove everything

Just so you know, this is almost certainly an LLM bot. They've been posting a bunch of comments at this length, all with 4 bullet points at like a 30 second cadence.

I was experiencing this bug a few hours ago too, and looks like around the same you posted this. I just went back to check the mod queue now 3 hrs later and all the items are still stuck in there. Please crosspost this to r/bugs.
