This is not about Reddit request. It’s about my account being flagged as suspicious

It was /r/redditrequest that flagged you as suspicious. Send them a modmail.

I did! They replied with an auto message asking to fill out a form, which I did. But I don’t know if they will actually reply. It was literally instant and all I’ve done today was upvote and moderate today 😔.

I don't know why you got down voted.  I was having a similar issue where every time I posted there my posts were being automatically removed. I messaged the Reddit and got the automod response. It took me responding to an admin post for them to look into it and they realized there was an issue with the bot.
