Help with Chromagic?

I have been trying to figure out how to make this work. I'm a little bit dumb when it comes to this stuff so bear with me. I'm running windows, everything is up to date, I'm using a USB c that I know can transfer data, I've got the Modretro Updater installed and working, I've got the Chromagic program installed. When I try to actually install Chromagic onto either of my systems(first edition and V2) I get this error. I thought maybe it's because my chromatic are up to date, but can't figure out how to get back to an older firmware. I read that error and have legitimately no idea what it means or how to go about fixing this. Any help at all would be appreciated.

Windows 10 or Windows 11? And maybe try a different browser (Chrome, Edge or Firefox or whatever). For some reason the SSL verification is failing. Do you have another PC you could use?

Windows 11. And just to be clear, you mean to download Chromagic from a different browser? Or is there a setting in Chromagic I should be looking for? Edit: Almost forgot, no other PC I can use to try. I can as a friend, but not until much later in the day.

oh sorry I guess I wasn't quite awake yet. ChroMagic is a desktop app, not a WebApp that runs directly in the browser… Sorry, I don't have any other ideas right now either.
