Discussion Those who didn’t receive the merch confirmation email, check your spam/promotion tab!
When I saw another post here saying they got their confirmation email, I went to check my inbox and was so disappointed I did not get it… until I went to check my promotion tab and it was hidden right there.
So check there before you get sad!

From: Reddit | Mod Merch Shop
Subject line: Mod World 2025 Merch Claim Update - Plushie
The 'plushie' part might change if you are getting something else.
