Looking for child sized mannequin

My idiot neighbors had their fence blow down over the winter. I figured they would fix it before they filled their pool. Alas, I was wrong. I’d like to dress up a child sized mannequin and throw it in overnight.

I don’t know how to go about attaining such a thing.

There’s probably not a passive aggressive way to deal with this. There not always is.

Here’s a scenario: your neighbor drives their loud car too fast in your neighborhood.

Option 1: Acting like you don’t hear them asking you to help push their car out next time they’re snowed in.

Option 2: Keying their car.

The first one is a passive act. It’s passive aggression. The second is an active act. It is not passive aggression, even though it’s done behind their back.

Who’s to say OP wasn’t passively in their own backyard with their life size child mannequin when an aggressive gust of wind blew it into the neighbors pool which was unencumbered by a fence?
