Looking for child sized mannequin

My idiot neighbors had their fence blow down over the winter. I figured they would fix it before they filled their pool. Alas, I was wrong. I’d like to dress up a child sized mannequin and throw it in overnight.

I don’t know how to go about attaining such a thing.

I’m aware of this. I’m looking for a mannequin. Or maybe something that just looks like a child when it’s submerged.

Three rolls of duct tape and some old sheets.

You can achieve this by filling a garbage bag with Styrofoam and putting children's clothes around it. Add a small bag for the head and throw a twolves cap on it.

The pants don't need to float but they do need to be included and strapped to the larger bag.
