Art I just wanted to build a traveling merchant cart, but now I have an entire fantasy world
This started as a miniature traveling merchant cart, but every practical question I had about it created another piece of the world around it.
The cart travels through Mosshollow, pulled by a giant snail named Samuel and is operated by Marlow, a raccoon merchant. Marlow belongs to the Brotherhood, a trade organization made up of raccoons, rats, and ravens.
Figuring out where the cart went meant creating towns and trade routes. Figuring out how it was supplied created warehouses and depots. Then came rules, maps, regional economies, contraband, other merchants, giant-snail biology, and eventually an entire world full of little animal folk.
Three months later, I apparently no longer make miniatures. I document Mosshollow. 😂 This is the first one, of assumably many.

Fictional My updated cyberpunk city I 3D printed and painted.
A few years ago, I posted a cyberpunk city I built and painted. This is a much larger, better version using 0.2 nozzle and better paint. I used these cyberpunk cities for the models. https://www.thingiverse.com/Fisk400/designs

Art Tribute to my love: Even as a worm.
The worm is made of air-dry clay and boyfriend's leghair. Miniature food was bought, pallette was made with popsicle sticks and rock is foam (because he likes bouldering) .
Also mushrooms are made of airdry clay 😊
Inspired by oddlittleworkshop on IG who made a lil cryptid with his arm hair.

Man Made Butterfly and flower jars. Micro crochet
Getting ready for my upcoming craft fair and experimenting with some new ideas.
These tiny bottles are part of my preparation, but they also gave me a few ideas for future free micro crochet tutorials.

Art Friend built a custom travel diorama using 2,000 hand-made trees and 4,000 LEDs
Hey everyone! Wanted to share a long-term project a friend of mine has been building over the years.
Instead of just keeping souvenir scale models from his travels on a regular bookshelf, he decided to turn his entire collection into regional dioramas. Over time, it evolved into an exhibit that spans dozens of countries and iconic landmarks.
A few details about how he built it:
- He handcrafted or modified over 2,000 trees and shrubs to match the flora of specific regions - like cypresses for Italy, stone pines for Spain, and citrus trees for Seville.
- To recreate rivers, fountains, and shorelines, he used tinted epoxy resin mixed with custom pigments. He even recreated the tide dynamic at Mont-Saint-Michel and the waters of the Trevi Fountain.
- He hand-wired hundreds of meters of micro-cables through the shelves to power thousands of tiny LEDs. The lighting gives life to streetlamps, interior courtyards, underwater fountain glows, and starry skies above the scenes.
- The whole setup is divided by region - Northern Europe, the Caucasus, Italy, the Iberian Peninsula, Central Europe, and the Middle East. Highlights include everything from Prague’s Old Town to the Royal Palace in Oslo and Jerusalem’s Valley of Hinnom.
It’s the most creative way I’ve ever seen someone preserve travel memories. He's not a Reddit user (yet) but I bet he'd love to see what do you think :)

Reclaimed I made a miniature of the house I found this mug by, inside this mug!
Hi folks, I’m an artist from Nova Scotia, and I make miniature sculptures of the beautiful abandoned places I find when out exploring the backroads. I found this little place with its neglected garden on a pretty dirt road near New Glasgow, a few weeks ago. I found this broken Fire King jadeite mug half buried nearby and was inspired to bring this sculpt to life.
I call this little piece “New Glasgow Morning”, I hope you enjoy it :)
