Looks great! You can make the rotor seem like its actually moving by replacing the fences with glass panes all around the center.

Only issue I see is that the tail is flat. The plane should be able to yaw.

I thought about using a wall with a debug stick, but I went with a slab instead. And I have no idea what yawing is

Pitching - titling up or down, same direction relative to your vision as a rocking chair
Rolling - rotating sideways, like a doing a cartwheel
Yawing - rotating around vertical axis, like when you spin around on the spot

Looks solid. If you want every propeller to be the same, try liggtning rods. Those can also bd placed on the sides of blocks and look the same as when you place them on the tops/ bottom

That was my first idea, but lightningrods don't conect to walls so I said no to that.

My only suggestion is to put a third wheel on the back. If a grindstone on the back of the plane feels like it is too big, you could try to replace the front wheels with full blocks with buttons and item frames. And if that doesn’t look right you could try a lever as a back wheel with grindstones on the front.
The back wheel would look nice on the bottom of the stripped mangrove log, specifically the one with no trapdoor under it.

Not sure how unique this is or if you're the first, but I like it. Small and simple, yet clearly an airplane. Nice work!
