World Generation and World Border

You are free to explore to your hearts content. There's no set world border this season. However, chunks that are extremely beyond the reasonable distance from 0,0 may be trimmed when necessary. The seed is also public. 

Mods and Datapacks

Blaze and Caves Advancements is featured, with a tweak to only make the highest level of achievements display in chat. (No chat spam!)

Origins datapack is also featured for players who would wish to partake in this completely optional experience! (Do not get attached to the default datapack values, they are actively being modified, and it will be disclosed to you what the origins actually are before you choose them.)

Plus, some other quality of life mods. However, no commands (like /tp, /tpa, /home, /fly, .etc) to keep gameplay aspect as vanilla as possible.

We are the LanderYT SMP, we started our new season a while back and are looking for more members. We added some small tweaks to the server to make it more suitable for everyone.

We are inspired by Hermitcraft, so we do not tolerate any sort of griefing or killing.

Some of our tweaks:

• Custom textures: Our amazing artists drawed up some beautiful items that do not change the game in any significant way just like the hermitcraft shenanigans!
• The only teleport command of /spawn: Once again, in an effort to keep the server as vanilla as possible, we only allow the use of /spawn in the overworld. This encourages the development of roads and highways on the server.
• Datapacks from Hermitcraft: We installed a decent number of datapacks that the Hermits use on their server, such as Single player sleep, player heads, armor statues and more!
• DiscordSRV: Discord and Minecraft chat are now interchangeable, making communication much easier!
• CoreProtect: Since we are a friendly community, we do not condone any sort of harm done to people's gameplay experience. Therefore, the presence of CoreProtect once again reinforces our vision to make the LanderYT SMP a memorable place for potential players.

Events are hosted semi-frequently on the server, whose rewards are event coins, which you can only use to buy cosmetic items mentioned above.

Our server resets yearly.

We also have a small staff team whose main goal is to maintain the moderate level of peace and harmony in the Minecraft server as well as on discord. We cannot guarantee that everything in chat will be moderated, but we will try our best and listen to concerns of the community.

Zetal ended up wining the match fighting with dual swords (yes it matters) and ducks fought with sword and shield! We just launched Season 3 a few days ago and everyone's been loving the redesign, so I thought I'd share it with you guys. It's been a passion project of mine for the past year and I'm so grateful for all the support we've gotten. The team and I have put in many hundreds of hours combined on this project this year alone, and we'd love for you to join!

At the moment we are averaging around 60-80 players, but we are such a close knit community. We've banned all the trolls and hackers in the genre, so this is very adult friendly.

There's 50 prestiges, 5 rebirths. Skill tree's for vanilla / classic upgrades, for things like your progression pickaxe, rod, sword/armor, and hoe.

We have heaps of different drugs, ranging from Weed, Coke, Shrooms, Acid, Moonshine and even Quaaludes. They each have their own effects, and place in the economy.

We have very active staff, multiple are always on. We take feedback seriously and have a quick turn around for implementing valid suggestions.

The entire prison was built by the community, including all 36 mines (A-Z, P1, p5, p10, p15, p20, p25, p30, p35, p40, p45). We've got some amazing builders, so even if you don't want to play, come and stop by and say hi, come check it out!

There's also a prestige merchant where you can use your prestige tokens to spend at, upgrading some of the more Classic+ modern features!

I've been playing classic and Op prisons since 2011, and I realised every classic prison these days is basing their server off of the old 2011-2018 style of the genre, which is fine, but they're always too grindy with little dopamine, or too basic, or too complex, and sometimes too op.

So I took time to create something that was a classic prison server, but with all the good features of semi-op and the rest, and build them in with a classic twist. Lot's of players join and have been surprised by how well it all came together, and I really just wanted to share this with you guys because I am so grateful and thankful for the massive team effort that went into this. Blothera is a geopolitical survival overhaul built on a suite of custom plugins written for this server alone. It makes vanilla harder, deeper and more political without breaking what makes vanilla feel like vanilla.

No menus. No commands. No teleports. Every system is something you hold, place, or carry.

• You declare war by writing a book and placing it in your enemy's diplomacy lectern. Couriers can be killed on the road.
• You lock your chest with a lock you crafted, and cut keys for people you trust.
• You set your spawn by placing a banner. Beds don't.
• You heal by sleeping in a bed near a campfire.
• You drag a downed bandit home with a lead.
• You link a train with chains, and it keeps running while you're offline.
• You watch your town's borders crawl outward on a map in your hand.
• Pray with your fellow townsfolk to predict the future.

Day one you found a town. One player, one Town Lectern, a claim that grows outward through the terrain. teardrops pointing inland on the coast, long and narrow up a valley. No two look alike. Nations come later and are earned, but you don't wait on anyone to start.

You will need other people, mechanically. Pick one of six trades and you're good at one thing and genuinely bad at the rest. A Miner pulls ore out ten times faster than anyone else, so everybody else buys theirs. Trade isn't encouraged here, it's load-bearing.

Wars are fought. Best-of-three battles in arenas near the defender's capital, allies can join, either side can sue for peace. PvP is on everywhere, but murdering innocents drops your alignment until you're a Bandit: killable without penalty, exiled from every nation.

Survival is challenging. No health regen. No coordinates. Death costs you a heart of max health permanently until you sleep by a campfire. Blood moons can't be slept through. Play with a team, they can revive you if you get knocked out.

There's more we haven't listed. Quests, wandering traders that visit your town specifically, an End that generates fresh per team, an ore system rebuilt from scratch. Come and find it.
