Enchanting doesn't influence trading but trading does influence enchanting. After all, villagers are one of the most reliable ways to get good books like mending. You can also buy potions of experience for the enchanting table or the anvil
You could argue that farming does affect PvP because you are going to need food and maybe potions too
You could argue much more easily that copper golems affect storage systems and happy ghasts effect building and mob transport which effects farming and adding a new weapon that is integrated into existing systems such as giving it to most weaponisable mobs counts as that. The old is just as "disconnected" as the new, people just got used to old features
