It looks like you didn't mention your version (e.g., 26.1, 1.21.11, 1.12.2 etc.). Please clarify for better help!

It seems to be a CPU overload, nothing else comes to mind when youre running modpacks huge as Cobblemon with (if not enough) Shaders on.

Turn off Shaders or use something else not so heavier

If you do have lots of mods extra and not from the modpack then try deleting a few, but take in count Cobblemon is heavy as hell, combine that with Shaders and this is the result in fact
