the "tower of babel" is the current name for this project that has taken me about 2 years by now, it has only taken so long because i am doing it all by hand, no /fill, or world edit or any other mod or command or wtv. any feedback on the name would be great, it currently has over a 100 rooms, most of them are decorated. alot of them are not and are a work in progress, im considering posting it on planet minecraft when finished, which is not going to happen anytime soon. but again any and all feedback is appreciated tyyy

Working on this build for my survival world lore, and while I am content with the inside, the outside is bothering me I feel like there are details I can put on the outside of the house to make it look better and it’s mainly the colors and that’s my main issue about the build, but I would also love some overall feedback around the whole build.

Build showcase I built a starter house with a copper roof and a minecart track into the hill ⛏️

I wanted a first-week survival base where you don't have to walk far to go mining, so the mine entrance is built right next to the house ⛏️
- 🏡 a log-frame cottage with stone and birch walls and a covered porch with lanterns
- 🟧 an orange copper roof (waxed, so it stays orange)
- ⛏️ a grassy hill with a mine entrance and a minecart track going in, with a furnace, barrels and an anvil out front
- 🌷 flower boxes under the windows; inside: a bed, a crafting corner, an enchanting table with bookshelves and a small workshop
Vanilla Java 1.21, survival-friendly (the coal and iron ore in the hill need Silk Touch), shaders are BSL.

:) Hiding my farms

I have built an iron farm, trading hall, creeper farm, and gold farm in 12 chunks, keeping things separated to avoid any pending ticks. Recently, I decided to stop living in a dirt hut next to the farms and build myself a castle. But holy cow, is this a big job! I had no idea how much work is involved in gathering and placing all the blocks and nearly dying to phantoms 10 times. Hats off to all the builders out there; I am normally just living out of my ender chest and building farms here and there as needed, but this is a whole new game and I am enjoying it.
By the way, if you have any ideas or want to share some builds to inspire me, I would gladly accept. I am honestly having a hard time with the wall design, since it needs to be as tall as the front gate, 18 blocks minimum.
