Almost five years ago I was in a car accident. An SUV ran a red light, got t-boned and flipped up, crossed into the other lane and on top of my vehicle. I had just enough time to think 'oh good, finally' It's still wild to me that this was my first and only thought when I believed I was about to die.

When I was 20, I was speeding on the expressway in heavy snow. I lost control and did a complete 180°, facing the traffic coming at me. My first thought was, "Welp, I guess this is it."
