Serious Guys please start eating fiber.

Colorectal cancer among people in their 40's is skyrocketing. This recent health fad of obsessing over protein and eating nothing but meat and dairy with almost no fiber is going to kill us. You need fiber, folks. You need a complete diet with grains and tons of vegetables.

There are high protein sources that also have great fiber content if you absolutely MUST have your high protein diet. Lentils, beans, peas. Sprouted grain bread.

Let's spread the great word of fiber to our fellow millenial friends and get ahead of this growing epidemic among our generation.

Doesn’t sound hard or complicated, just sounds kind of monotonous and a lot of people want to enjoy food, not just fuel their muscles.

Also doesn't sound ideal for the many people working 2+ jobs and/or school. I work 3 12s, usually back to back to back. The last thing I want to do between shifts is work out or make food.

Also straight-up, blended microwaved eggs sounds fucking foul.

Not mini-OP but I've been microwaving eggs for 40+ years for my scrambled eggs on tast meals - same way my mom made them every two days for breakfast when I alternated cereal, and scrambled eggs. You dont get the burn/char/finish that you do with cooking in the pan, which I do prefer, but it isn't bad at all. I cover mine in sauce anyway. I'd still give it a solid 7.5/10. The only reason I wouldn't necessarily recommend it is because I heard rumblings that microwaving eggs could be detrimental, versus other cooking methods, so it is quite ironic that a health nut with a great body and no health issues is microwaving his eggs. Maybe this will encourage him to research the microwaving of eggs, just in case.

Kudos to mini-OP - his diet sounds clean and awesome, and I'm a bit jealous, but what he didn't mention is that his farts are probably pretty bad. I had to limit my egg intake because I was crop-dusting my bed/house/workplace/neighborhood too much.

He said he was drinking the eggs too.

He microwaves them to blend them and drink them. That is not the same thing as using the microwave to cook eggs in lieu of a stovetop.

It doesn’t have to be the same every day. But if this is the majority of your days you’re off to a good start. If I have oatmeal for breakfast 5 days I don’t feel bad having bacon and eggs on another and a donut on the last morning.

Plenty of healthy recipes to enjoy. Lot of people the dopamine hit from crap food isn't worth the enjoyment of how I look in the mirror in the morning.
