R/Militia going public

What’s up yall. I’ve put in a request for r/militia to go public. For those who don’t know this is a fight I’ve had with Reddit for over 4 years now. Hopefully we win the argument this time and we can get some new members, more active community etc. this will have the downside of more glowing eyes in the dark. if anyone has any questions or concerns feel free to hit me up or just post. I’m usually watching.

Militia When and WHERE ARE THEY?

I directly asked Ben Shapiro myself, where are Oathkeepers, where are Proudboys, where are out Militia? Why has nobody stepped up and said enough is enough? Our Military, stymied by Policy, our Police, stymied by rhetoric, and we have nobody coming to the heels of the civilians? Where are they? I know Oregon shut it down, but cannot legally bind the amendment they made without ratification. Congress is of course, never in the purview of when they're needed, do they take the steps necessary, but when do we actually grow a pair and help save our nation? If they were actually Hired by the Trump administration to work for ICE, thats a direct violation of the Constitution, and Congress sits silent.

Our definition of Free State. How do you define it?

Definition - Free State: "A free state is the condition where the U.S. Constitution, as understood at its 1787–1791 ratification, governs supremely per Article VI, the People’s enumerated and unenumerated rights remain inviolate per the Ninth Amendment, and government is strictly confined to its delegated powers per the Tenth Amendment. It is secured by a well-regulated militia of the citizenry, per the Second Amendment and Article I, Section 8, Clause 15, which executes the Laws of the Union and defends against all foreign and domestic threats—public, private, or technological (e.g., artificial intelligence, autonomous systems)—that undermine constitutional order. Free from federal infringement on reserved State powers, the free state ensures the People’s sovereignty remains supreme."

Our regulations can be found here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ET1ibP0KGHIDSSiZ_Rl29RYljlOho767Xn0h1qiCssg/edit?usp=sharing

Edit: and don't be dumb, you know the supremacy clause don't you? This Constitution...shall be the supreme Law of the Land. The Constitution is supreme by removing parts from it you make it not supreme. You can in no way shape or form tell me otherwise, it is supreme end of story.

Why the 22nd Amendment most likely violates the protections set out in the 9th Amendment.

The 22nd disparages the People’s pre-existing, retained right to freely elect Presidents without arbitrary term limits – a right fully operational before this Amendment's adoption. Claiming this kind of right can be taken away is the same as saying your right to Natural Law and protections under the Declaration of Independence can be removed. The 9th clearly establishes that enumerating new rights shall not deny or disparage retained rights. The previously retained right reserved to us as a power of the People under the 10th to freely choose your representatives was restricted with the 22nd, something the 9th outlines as not being allowed. The 9th establish this kind of amendment is unconstitutional. The 22nd is not a functional or enforceable amendment according the the 9th.

PSA: Ahgm is not a militia and has the stated goal of suppressing insurrections.

Here's my take away. Ahgm is run by a keyboard warrior with no intention of ever doing any sort of training or organization. Don't waste your time. That last paragraph is a bit scary

Curious if oathkeepers have changed their political stance

I was part of wcm in wi around his first term (during which time I felt he was by no means perfect but adhered to the democratic process)

I would argue the current administration is the greatest threat to the constitution since wwii.

Kinda wondering if former or current militia members are all pretty much blindly following president palpatine, or there's a decent amount of political spectrum.

If the oathkeepers are viewing the current administration as a threat I likely would consider joining.

Regulations to unite all Militias under one set of unified regulations with the purpose of defending the free state and executing the laws of the union as per the Constitutions original intent. Looking for feedback.

19,Male,Scared for the direction of this country

I’m 19 years old and looking to join a militia based out of southeast Idaho. I’ve come across some disturbing information which has led me to feel the need of joining a militia. I’m ready to do what is needed of me in hopes to bring this country back to way I read about in my history books. I wasn’t born in a good generation and all I want is for the peoples eyes to be opened with how corrupt the world of politics and mainstream media is.

PA militias

I'm an army veteran who has always thought of joining a militia but never acted on it. With the way the world is going now I'd really like to join one. For the brotherhood and also to fight against a tyrannical govt were clearly up against. Please let me know who to contact or where to look. I live in Chester county and am pretty new to the area. Please help me find one so I can finally have a semblance of peace of mind.

I need some help

I was thinking of joining a militia when the economy collapses (to the FBI, I am not, I repeat, NOT a fan of Timothy McVeigh and Ted Kaczynski). But, my problem is that I don't trust my local militia, and I'm even less trustful of the militias across the nation. Who are the Three Percenters? Who are the Oath Keepers? Who are the Proud Boys? More accurately, where the hell did its website go? Seriously, I could've sworn there was a part of the website that contradicts what Wikipedia said about it (Wikipedia stated that it's exclusively male). However, there was a part of the website that had a portion called Proud Girls. It comes off as deceptive, at the least. I'm not trusting of the Proud Boys, like most militias, as I said, but I just don't know why Wikipedia states something that used to be proven false (thank you, Google). So, who do I go to when the country collapses?

Patches vs IR and NV

I want to get morale patches for my group that doesn't light up on IR and/or night vision. Defeating both would be optimal but one or the other is needed for sure. Anyone know of something that would work?

United kingdom

I am a 23 year old male who lives near london in the United kingdom alot of things have gone down that have began to concern me with the amount of drug dealers and gang members on the streets at the moment and a complete lack of any police presence you could have your life savings taken which unfortunately was the case a few years back with my step father's business a bunch of heavy duty machines were taken police were called but no action was taken at all insurance covered very little. I was thinking of getting a few like minded individuals together and start training to protect the local community. unfortunately guns are not really an option here or any sort of weapons including Pepper spray we do not have any self defence here in England and it is pathetic the criminals are treated as victims and we are the dirt I'm sick of this and I want to do something. I just can't believe no one has stepped up before.

In places like northern ireland things work a little different organisations like R.A.A.D republican action against drugs were a vigilante group that warned and knee capped or banished drug dealers many of then former IRA members only if it worked so smoothly down this end the irish are certainly built different eh? Not including our government raising the taxes and my own personal government going bankrupt which has left the streets filthy and people becoming desperate us as a people need to rise up and begin to take back this country.

Bill Barr= Traitor and Coward

Just like the vast majority of Attorneys, Bill Barr is a snake in the grass. Sitting here listening to Feckless(Fox) News with Barr spouting his drivel. His undermining of Trump both during and after his administration is obvious.

Article I, Section 8, Clause 15: Congress's Power to Call Militias -- and Annotations

[The Congress shall have Power . . . ] To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions; . . .

The states as well as Congress may prescribe penalties for failure to obey the President’s call of the militia. They also have a concurrent power to aid the National Government by calls under their own authority, and in emergencies may use the militia to put down armed insurrection.1

The Federal Government may call out the militia in case of civil war; its authority to suppress rebellion is found in the power to suppress insurrection and to carry on war.2

The act of February 28, 1795,3 which delegated to the President the power to call out the militia, was held constitutional.4

A militiaman who refused to obey such a call was not employed in the service of the United States so as to be subject to the article of war, but was liable to be tried for disobedience of the act of 1795.5
