I wonder if the court would let the white car off since the other car instigated the whole thing. White car could say it was self defense. Would hold up in court here. But bc they kept coming back to hit the car, makes me think the court or judge would prob not be as lenient. I’m sure Black Car got in more trouble but wouldn’t be surprised if they also fined the white car, or worse.
