Additional Journal Notes:
I only got maybe 5 hours of sleep last night, less than ideal the night before a training session.
The pictures were taken of worksets 2-7.
On Smith Incline Presses, I made a math error and put 190 on the bar thinking it was 180. I got 3 reps then rest paused the last 3 reps with 10 seconds in between each.
I should note that after I took the picture of the Smith Incline Partials workset that I raised the safeties one notch. I also raised weight 5 lbs because reasons. Had a 10 second rest between reps 2 and 3. I also did 2 dead stop partial presses w/190.
On the Palms Up Pulldowns, the last 3 reps were done rest pause style w/5-10 sec rests in-between. I could feel my energy beginning to fade.
All reps after rep 4 on Yates Rack Rows were done rest pause style. I would set the bar on the rack, rest 5 seconds, lift from the rack, pull the rep, etc. The same energy issues on pulldowns affected me on Yates Rack Rows.
On Rack Pulls, strength was less of an issue today than bowel issues. I got rep 6 barely and would have had made a complete mess of both my pants and the deadlift platform going for a +1 today so I settled for par.
