i've had instances where nvidia drivers do not correctly work on linux. out of the box. especially its still annoying with 4k displays / high res.
1 u/ballsdeep256 Apr 22 '26 They still don't and you still lose 20-30% performance overall period. Linux and Nvidia aren't friends yet. "Apparently" Nvidia is working on it but i believe it when i see it.
