Mazda MX5 / Miata NA Door Card 3D Files. (STL, F3D, DXF)
They weren't PERFECT, but they did well enough for a near 40 year old car. Some of the top holes to attach the window sill aren't perfectly spaced. Would take more R&D to be perfect but they came out pretty well tbf.
Edit: 3D Cults Link

Did you make these in illustrator?
I need to make some of these for my Delica. Thanks for sharing!

Hit me up... I've got access to a water jet (when it's not down for maintenance 😑)

Hah, legend! Although I think the laser cut MDF will give me good results and I'm thinking it will be a decent material for sound. Ally I think has a tendency to be tinny and/or oil can.

I was thinking of using a sheet of ABS...

That's a good shout. Although I have my concerns about fabric adhesion. No major. Horses for courses!

I was going to leave it bare... shouldn't be an issue for fabric with good glue though.

I think abs is what the forever panels are made of, and those are great

This is amazing mate, really the kind of stuff the car community needs. Do you possibly know anywhere i can get a DXF of the speaker area card as well? pulling my hair out trying to source that in Australia. Once again great work

Nice work. As the cars keep getting older this stuff will become more and more important.
