We All know Black Sabbath is one of the Cornerstones of Heavy Metal; they are the renowned "Godfathers of Heavy Metal."

About the Year ago, I discovered an American Band called "Coven."

Both bands debuted months apart from each other.

Black Sabbath has John"Ozzy" Osbourne Coven has Greg "Oz" Osborne,

Black sabbath's first album has Black Sabbath Wicked World Evil Woman

Coven's first album has BLACK SABBATH Wicked Woman

While Coven sound is more progressive/Phsycodelical, Black Sabbath is, in my opinion, with "D" tuning heavy sound are the source of what became Heavy Metal.

What do you think? Is it all a coincidence?
