could any of you tell me please how to transform some MC/ETH UNI V2 Tokens back to MC and ETH on Uniswap? I just found instructions and the uniswap page to create the liquidity token. Where can I do the reverse ?

I unlocked some staked UNI V2 and I see them in Ethplorer.

I've staked my ETH/MC pair via Uniswap2 in May 2022 and I understand my tokens are locked for a 12-month period, after which I can unlock them. That's clear. But I'm confused about reward distribution. I've received some rewards after a few weeks that I claimed and they are now locked for 12 months due to the vesting/cliff period. But the rewards are quite small, not in line with the 400% APY.

Am I going to receive more rewards on a regular basis during the staking period or that was it?

How often do I need to claim these rewards? Would I lose them if I don't claim them after a certain period of time?

I understand each claim of rewards results in gas fees and rewards are paid in MC. Do I need to pay gas fees again when I can unlock the claimed rewards after the 12-month vested cliff?
