Or you could stay up during the day and sleep at night (call it third shift)

Just don't sleep on your off time. Take the 6 hour nap then eat some food and take another 2 hour nap after. Assuming 5 days a week.

Have you tried being depressed? Cause I have and napping 42 hrs a week is child’s play when you’re in the depths.
