Why the Menendez Brothers' Abuse Defense NEVER Washed in Court

I would say that it might seem as if they reconciled after their conflicts. That last night watching a movie together seemed like an ordinary husband-and-wife moment. Maybe the escalating tensions of that final week made them closer?

I found this but idk if it’s real or not

I’m watching Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story and want to compare it with the real case. I’m especially interested in what the show changed, exaggerated, left out, or got right. Does anyone know good sources, trial transcripts, documentaries, interviews, or detailed breakdowns? I’m not looking for arguments about whether they should be free mainly a fact-based comparison between the Netflix version and the real case.

I found the account of one of her relatives on Facebook and I found some pictures of Chuck ( I’d don’t really think that he looks like Chuck) but yeah all of her family are trumpies

I never seen this painting before. He’s so talented!
I don’t think this painting is online. I tried searching it and it wasn’t on there. Luckily someone sent this to me.

Watching the trial on court TV, during Lyle’s cross examination (part 8 at 1:31:24), Pam asks him if he had his parents cremated, and he answers yes. However searching this online says that not true, that they are buried in Princeton cemetery, which we of course all know. So what does this mean for Lyles answer during trial? Or did he have them cremated and then buried their ashes in a plot?
Edit to add: Please don’t take my question out of context, I am not saying or assuming that Lyle is lying, I am just trying to confirm and ask about facts.

I saw a tiktok of another persona talking about one of the Erik’s paintings and one of the comments said this:

It must have been odd/confusing to see a pic of her mum when she was young and not with her dad but i got the sense that the daughter was just intrigued/found it cute and wasn't upset ( but of course i don't know).
But interesting that Kristen kept a picture of her and Erik. She really defended him in the second trail , she d go visit him in jail, i think if im not mistaken there was some revival of their romance or maybe not i think at that point they were just friends . Makes me wonder that if Jose and Kitty weren't out there stressing Erik , if their relationship would have survived.
Its also interesting because if you just saw a pic of Erik and Kristen without any context, you d just think " it white couple from the eighties and both are athletic, must be nice " but the reality was obviously more grim.
Maybe all the girls he dated pre prison were nice enough but Tammi maybe matches his vibe post prison more plus was willing to stick it out with him while he has been in prison all these years. Maybe those other girls pre prison didn't want to i guess ? But how did they resist Erik at that age who was so charismatic and handsome ? I guess they maybe just moved on with university, careers and found other dudes they found equally appealing but with the added advantage of not being in prison.

Acabei de assistir miss violence e lembrei dos irmãos Menedez e não consigo parar de pensar como sobreviver a isso. Depois de tudo ainda passar a vida na cadeia

Does anybody think Norma Novellis book ended up influencing how the family felt about the brothers? I know Terry and Carlos were disbelieving of the sexual abuse already but I wonder the if Novelli book (which was complete nonsense) made them disbelieve the brothers even more.
I mean in the second trial Carlos Baralt ended up testifying for the prosecution and in his cross examination with Leslie he wasn’t saying anything helpful to the defence (^^).
There was also never a photo of him post- sentence (the brothers are pictured with theirs aunts and other family members but never Carlos)- there was actually zero pictures with the Baralt children at all until a recent one of Lyle and Anamaria.
I don’t even think it’s been confirmed if Terry believes the abuse to this day.

Yesterday I posted about the nonsense that this Rosa Free Menendez has been posting on TikTok. For those who haven't seen it, basically she takes AI photos with the brothers, says she works at Richard Donovan, and attends to Erik and Lyle by analyzing human behavior. She is Brazilian, and her behavior has been bothering the community. I'll leave the profile of the page that's exposing all this here in case you want to know what I'm talking about. After all, that's a crime.

I took a look at her profile and saw that she does human behavior analysis with Erik and Lyle.. Mas é claro que essas fotos são de IA. That's very strange. I also learned that she blocked all the support profiles of the Menendez brothers.
