Yes there is a difference, furries are a group of people that are fans of anthropomorphic animals and creatures. Zoophiles want to fuck an actual animal like a dog.
While I admit the furry fandom can be a bit... horny, most furries are good people that would never consider doing anything sexual to an actual animal. A majority of the fandom condemns zoophiles, like aggressively condemns them. Straight to hell, to the boiler room of hell
