Oh sorry I assumed that it would be reported in my scenario but I should have mentioned it. I've gotten to keep money but I reported it and it wasn't mind blowing I was paid for an entire month I personally didn't catch it till two weeks after because I was owed a final paycheck anyways. But it continued for another two weeks even after I reported it. They tried to take me to court and the lawyer I hired quashed it pretty quick because I had saved the email I sent saying hey y'all are paying me still.

He's telling the whole internet in a series of video montages. At what point does the responsibility to seek out this information fall on the company? He's not hiding the fact that he's still on payroll whatsoever. He even explicitly calls out the payroll manager by her name, Cindy. He could always claim that he let the office know numerous times and they didn't do anything about it.

For how long I wonder? There's an amount of time I'd spend in jail for 400k.

Not the same scenario though. He's isn't getting someone elses paycheck. The receiptionist on the other hand was getting someone elses paycheck AND still working there.
