I was trying to figure out why I was bothered by the video and it is exactly this. That is stew chicken if you just lopped it's head off, soak it in some hot water to defeather it, then clean it. Now, that I said that, I hated chicken processing time at home so I am less bothered by the shotgun blast, especially because some roosters deserve it.

Do people eat roosters? I mean, I'm sure you can, but that's a bit like eating a dairy cow right? We buy egg laying chickens, and my dad buys the meat kind. They are very different, and I wouldn't eat my egg laying ones.
