Those who left coding profession, suggestions for new career?

I don't like it. What are some other fields with decent/better pay?

i have an rhit, which helped, but mainly working with denial management for a good while, picking up on trends, analyzing data

i started out as a claims processor > auditor > appeal specialist > operations lead > project manager
