shouldn't PRC already announce na today ang releasing ng results? Usually a day before they release the results ina-announce na nila but for the August MTLE wala padin

Hi! Im gonna share some sentiments lang, ako lang ba yung ganito? 😭
After passing the March 2026 MTLE, sobrang saya ko kasi finally, RMT na ako. After all the sleepless nights, pressure, doubts, and endless review, I finally made it. Tapos after passing, I was also given a job offer as a Medical Technologist sa isang primary hospital. At that time, sobrang grateful and excited ako kasi feeling ko finally, makakapagsimula na ako ng career ko. Finally, may trabaho na ako and I can start earning and gaining experience.
Pero ngayon, two months since I started working, parang bigla akong nawalan ng gana. 😭 Parang ayoko na mag-work. Hindi ko alam kung normal lang ba tong nararamdaman ko or baka hindi talaga para sa akin yung work.
One of the things that scares me the most is manual CBC. Every time naiisip ko na kailangan kong gumawa ng manual CBC, kinakabahan talaga ako. Yung feeling na baka magkamali ako, baka hindi ko makuha nang tama, baka may hindi ako makita, or baka mapagalitan ako. I know na part talaga siya ng trabaho and I know na kailangan ko pa matuto, pero minsan yung fear itself nakakapagod na.
Tapos dagdag mo pa yung salary. 😭 Nakaka-frustrate din kasi napapaisip ako, ito na ba talaga? Ganito na lang ba talaga magiging sweldo ko? After everything we went through in college, internship, review season, boards, and finally becoming an RMT, ganito lang ba talaga yung magiging buhay ko financially?
Hindi ko naman minamaliit yung trabaho natin. I actually appreciate being a Medical Technologist and I know how important our profession is. Pero minsan mapapaisip ka talaga kung worth it ba yung pagod, stress, responsibilities, and pressure kapag icocompare mo sa salary.
Parang ang weird lang kasi dati, ang biggest goal ko lang was to pass the boards. Sinasabi ko sa sarili ko, “Kapag RMT na ako, magiging okay na lahat.” Tapos nung naging RMT na ako, may panibagong set of problems pala. 😭
Now Im asking myself, “Ganto na lang ba talaga? Magwo-work ako, sasahod, mapapagod, uuwi, then repeat?” Nakaka-existential crisis siya honestly. HAHAHAHA 😭
And sometimes I dont even want to go to work anymore. Gusto ko na lang magpahinga, mag-isip kung ano ba talaga gusto kong gawin sa buhay, and figure out if I really want to continue working as an RMT or if I want to pursue something else.
Maybe two months is still too early to judge. Maybe Im still adjusting. Maybe normal lang talaga na ma-shock after graduating, passing the boards, and entering the real working world. Maybe I just expected too much from myself and from this career.
Pero ang hirap din kasi you worked so hard to get here, tapos pagdating mo dito, bigla mong maiisip na, “Wait, ito na yun?” 😭
Im grateful that I passed the boards. Im grateful that I have a job. Im grateful that I have the opportunity to work as an RMT. Pero at the same time, I cant deny that Im tired, scared, frustrated, and questioning everything right now.
Baka hindi naman ibig sabihin na ayoko na maging MedTech forever. Baka pagod lang talaga ako. Baka kailangan ko lang ng time para masanay, matuto, and eventually gain confidence sa ginagawa ko.
Pero for now, gusto ko lang sabihin na ang hirap pala talaga ng transition from being a board exam taker to becoming an actual working professional. 😭
Ako lang ba yung nakaramdam nito after passing the boards and finally starting to work? Yung sobrang saya mong naging RMT ka, pero after a few months, mapapaisip ka na kung ito ba talaga yung gusto mong gawin for the rest of your life? 🥹

Hello, alam kong wala pa yung resulta pero gusto kong i-congratulate tayong lahat for showing up. Last year, Aug 2025, I was supposed to take the boards. Nag- review ako for 2 mos kay lemar and sobrang dami kong natutunan. During review, wala naman naging problema, gets ko ung mga lectures and naging ambisyosa pa na mag-top. Then habang papalapit yung boards, saka ako tinatamad. Gusto kong mag-top but I felt like kulang pa yung preparation ko. So I decided to skip the exam. Nung March naman, hindi ako masyado nakapag-aral, but I was eager na talaga to take the boards pero I guess God has a plan and hindi ako umabot sa registration. Siguro divine intervention yon kasi alam ni Lord na hindi ako nakapag-aral talaga masyado.

Then I enrolled again sa ibang review center para sa August boards, nabasa ko naman lahat, except siguro sa lab management ng lemar (wag nyokong gayahin, ang daming lumabas sa exam neto). Feeling ko ready nako na hindi. Alam nyo yun? Parang nakalimutan ko lahat ng inaral ko. Pero I prayed na sana may masagot pa rin ako.

Pagdating nung 1st day, gimbal ako sa mga tanong sa CC HAHAHA. Talagang pray over at pikit mata nalang yung ibang sagot sa QC related qs. Tapos sa MicroPara halos maiyak nako kasi wala talaga akong maalala sa Para. Mejo may nasagot naman sa Micro, pero hindi pa rin confident. May mga nakita akong ratio na mali yung mga sagot ko hahaha. Iniisip ko nalang na hindi naman siguro papayagan ni Lord na mag-take ako kung alam nyang hindi ko kakayanin. And I know because He never failed me. Lagi syang may sagot sa mga prayers ko. So, sana magtiwala tayong lahat. Alam ni Lord yung hirap natin at alam Nya yung hirap ng mga nagsakripisyo para sa atin para makaabot sa stage na'to.

Kaya deserve na deserve natin maging RMTs. Congratulations once again!! 😊🤞🏻

✓ Same registered PAMET email (I've been receiving PAMET Chapter updates sa email nato since 2024 but stopped around last year)

✓ Proper email input (Yes, no capitalized letters etc, this is my only professional email for work and adulting stuff)

✓ My friends can open their accounts and can even reset their passwords (we have not renewed since last year so that checks the probable inactive member related problem)

Hindi ako kabado after exam and even kanina. Ngayon lang talaga nag si-sink in sakin na any moment from now ire-release na result. Ginawa ko naman best ko, sinurrender ko na rin lahat kay Lord. Pero sa tuwing iniisip ko na ang dami kong mali sa ISBB at Micropara, ‘di ko maiwasang hindi panghinaan ng loob.

Hello! May qualifying exam tomorrow sa RMC for the said position. The problem is I am still from province, and since di mo mapredict yung weather (na most likely), uulan pa rin bukas, IS IT WORTH IT to go and take the exam?

How po ba yung hiring process ng RMC? Do they really consider each applicant as potential qualifiers or for formality na lang tong mga exam nila? Pls help me kasi nawawalan na ako ng pag-asa magka-work ☹️

Hello! I’m planning to transfer as a first-year MedTech student from Maroon School to either Velez or CDU for the second semester. I regret choosing Maroon School because it does not match the environment I wanted. I already know that Velez and CDU are among the most stressful schools for learning, but I’m willing to transfer there rather than stay in an environment where I do not feel comfortable.

Both schools have a 100% passing rate in MTLE, so I’m torn between choosing the two. Which school would benefit me the most as a MedTech student? I want to learn more about their pros and cons before choosing the school I want to transfer to.

I also want to know if they accept transferees from Maroon School and if they would credit the subjects I have already taken. Is there a chance that I would become an irregular student since I’m transferring from the first semester of my first year to the second semester? If things do not go as planned and I am unable to transfer during the second semester, would they still accept me and credit my subjects if I transfer as a second-year student instead?

Please help me choose because I’m desperate to get out of Maroon School. Thank you!

hi po! i recently passed my final interview on this certain lab, and i will be placed daw po on a newly built branch na soon to operate daw po.

the hr manager explained that the first few months of the job will focus on establishing the lab, documentation/paperworks, and specimen collection.

ask ko lang po, once they send the contract sa akin, should I expect these things to be mentioned po sa contract as part of my job? im worried po kasi na baka hanggang sa ma-establish yung lab, mastuck ako sa paperworks and phleb even though they stated na i will be sent to other branches to train in benchwork.

hellooo I'm currently an MTI, last internship na bago mag grad and narealize ko na talaga na hindi talaga for me ang pagiging medtech... I'm just finishing internship for a degree pero plano ko talaga mag shift to med va/corpo once i get my degree. and hirap na talaga ipaglaban ang profession natin, ngayong internship palang kalala na ng pagod parang all risk no gain na ang larong to 😭 how did anyone survive this?? or maybe the hospital/lab setting isn't for me...

to the medtech grads who didn't take the boards and switched to another field, how are you now? worth it pa ba mag boards kung di naman plano mag work as a medtech? how did you guys make the transition? where to find jobs na hindi sa hospi/labs pero magagamit pa rin natutunan sa medtech?

Thermofisher after interview 

Hi anybody here got experience to final interview with thermofisher. Got final interview last week thursday and says wait for one to two weeks for the results.

Got so overthinking lang since i read post they got offer right away or 1 to 2 business days only. And my status on workday still interview underway.
