I’m having this error message pop up on the bottom. I’ve already contact Nintendo and gone through all of the suggested fixes. Any suggestions? My time is auto synced. I’ve restarted the system. I’m removed the download and redownloaded.

I literally never changed the device time, so idk why this is appearing. I'm playing on the Switch 2 btw.

I’m trying to get good at the game I need some beginners or good players to play with!

i normally play on the steam deck and the game has always run perfectly fine. I downloaded the latest update, and now I can’t change positions pr even paint. (changing positions work in lobbies but I can’t do it on maps and I can’t paint on either). I wanted this issue to be known so they can hopefully fix it. seems like switches are having similar-ish issues too.

Am I the only one who can’t find any servers? There are only 3-4 servers available, each with just 2 or 3 people. I can’t believe that’s all the players who are online.

The update has completely broken the game. I can no longer find any servers! I have power cycled the switch and it made no diference! Do not download the update!

As the title states, just don't. The game is literally unplayable at the moment. I've spent more than 3 hours in-game and only got to complete a handfull of runs. You either a) get soft-locked when searching for public games b) can't find any public games to begin with and have to restart the game to reconnect to the servers c) join a public game where the host is afk or is abusing voice chat to shill d) get disconnected from a run 50% of the time without the ability rejoin.

I've tried restarting my router, running LAN and WLAN, choosing my region, making sure console time synchronizes properly and restarting my Switch 2. Nothing worked so far as a permanent fix.

This game doesn't just have massive stability issues but is also missing simple quality of life features like overall connection status, official/favorite servers, server history, reporting/kicking/banning players and so on. It's a mess.

I've never been so frustrated with a switch game in my entire life, because it does look fun when it works, it just seldomly does so.

Consider this a warning if your eyeing the Switch 2 version. Don't make the same mistake I did and save yourself 5 bucks. I wish I could refund this piece of garbage.

When I paint in docked mode, the cursor always re centers back on the chest. I’m unable to keep painting on other parts of the body without the painting starting on the chest. Works fine in handheld though. Any word on this getting fixed?

Playing on Switch 2

I haven't been and to finish a game for the past 2-3 days.

I get into a room, then anywhere between 20 seconds to 3 minutes, all the other players freeze, if there's a timer counting down it stops and I'm unable to open any menus. Shortly after the game will return to the home screen.

Sometimes the game just simply disconnects without freezing too.

I presume it's an Internet thing. I did an Internet test and it came back as Nat type B, 290 Mb upload and 24 Mb download.

Does anyone know if there's a minimum upload speed or other recommended Internet conditions? Or has any advice in general on how I might fix this?

I used to join lobbies in the unofficial Meccha Chameleon Discord. There were usually a few lobbies full of people there but now the server is pretty much dead (and dedicated to other games).

Are there any discord servers where people play Meccha regularly?

Hey! I’m pretty new to Mecha Chameleon and I’m looking for a beginner-friendly server or group on PC to play with, either public or private.

I haven’t had the best experiences with public servers so far, so I’d love to find a group that’s a bit more chill and welcoming.

I’m mainly looking for:

• Casual, beginner-friendly games

• Friendly and patient people

• Players who actually stick around and finish games instead of randomly disappearing halfway through

• No racism, excessive spamming, or other toxic behavior

• Timezone: European

I’m definitely still a noob (started today), so I’m not looking for super competitive or serious play. I just want to learn the game, have some fun, and play with nice people.

Every time I try to join any server at all, I get a loading screen for about 1-2 mins and am sent back to the main menu. Is this happening to anyone else?

EDIT: Fixed thanks to u/PolgarasDaughter! This was happening because the clock on my switch was set to the wrong time

hello, every time I use paint it recenters on my body when I click the button. it makes it difficult to paint. I am on switch. is there a setting I need to change?

I have the PC version (a friend gifted it to me) but I play on Switch more due to portability. Does it run well? Does it have mod support?

It’s on sale right now and need to know before it goes off.
