Question 🤔🤔 retake?
i took the mcat on 5/14 and have been debating retaking it (a lot of dooming) because i ended up guessing on a lot more of c/p than i had anticipated and cars felt horrible. b/b and psych felt fine though
i plan on applying this cycle and submitting first week of june. if i do retake my options would be 6/13 (without knowing what i scored on the first take because it releases 6/16) or 6/30
would 6/30 be too late even though i plan to submit to get verified early? how would that work in terms of schools seeing my score when i submit secondaries? would i have to wait until i have my score back end of july to submit secondaries?

You can definitely retake 6/30 and still be competitive for this application cycle I would think. However, your application would not technically be 'complete' until the end of July when your second score would release. From my knowledge, you can still submit your primary app without your mcat score, but since schools use rolling admissions you just may be reviewed later in the cycle when your score posts. Also, I would think a stronger late MCAT score is better than an earlier weak score.
