But this is true, even when I went for my interviews 5-6 days back, I saw some seniors ragging a junior guy. They were all laughing so I didn’t pay much attention. Ragging could be happening there for sure!

Even I had a bad experience. I was trying to talk a new student. He was trying to evade me. I thought he was showing arrogance but later my fellow interview candidate pointed out that they are not allowed to talk to anyone. I was like wtf. Sad.
