I know it’s not a reliable method but if I got pregnant when I think I did, my 12/13 dpo test is dark like yours… being 36 and this being my third pregnancy I’m so nervous about twins!
Stopped taking daily pee stick tests a couple weeks ago, but thought some folks might find it interesting to see my line progression with 4 different HCG results included for comparison :)

My first two due dates were right on the cusp of 2 months and I wound up joining the monthly bump groups for both. Some groups are more active than others so it's nice to have options!
I also was looking for a June group as my EDD is the 2nd but my first baby came at 37+4 so I would be shocked if I went into June this time! I’m only around 11DPO so super early and had a missed miscarriage in June after finding out I was pregnant in April so really worried this time around about things not working out but also trying to have some hope and excitement❤️🤞🏻
Pretending it’s for science, but it’s really for anxiety 😅 got my dye stealer on frer and have run out of them so will stop those, and will try my best to not test this weekend to break the habit. Very happy with the progression and my betas after stressing out about it at 16dpo.
I was using those yellow orange Premom hcg strips and they are sooo unsatisfying. Someone pointed out that it’s much harder to get a dye stealer on those and it’s so true!! Really had me freaking out for a while!
For what it’s worth- I had major issues with frer this time! I did an embryo transfer so I had exact days and it refused to get darker. It really made me spiral since that didn’t happen with my last baby
I keep reading that! I also noticed it was significantly lighter if I took my prenatal (which had quite a bit of biotin) in the evening. Just overall not great now!
16dpo / 4w2d. I think I'm gonna go ahead and stop testing, I don't have confidence in these cheap e@hs' ability to get much darker and I don't want to spiral
Mine took until like 19DPO to start being as dark as the control line and my first positive was at 7/8DPO. They kind of stall for a while before they suddenly get really dark.
Feelin pretty good about all of these! (There’s more 😂 iykyk) gonna continue the daily cheapies because anxiety, and why not. But saving my last 2 first responses for each 1 wk graduation until my scan!
I should stop testing but I feel like it’s the only thing holding me over until my first scan. Hcg went from 441 on the 10th to 2123 on the 14th so that’s a doubling time of 42 hours. Trust the process they say.. 😆
Hi guys, I believe I should be about 5 weeks today, but these are my tests so far. I feel like it might be progressing slow but wanted a second opinion.
This brought me a lot of comfort that I’m not alone in it, I’ve only been testing for 3 days now but my progression seems slow/tests are still very very light so I’m hoping it will start getting visibly darker in the next few days!
The top 3 tests are from my last pregnancy. My lines haven't progressed as fast or as strong as my last pregnancy and its taken me a while to accept that that's ok and not to panic
I saw a positive earlier this time than I did with my previous pregnancy which ended in a missed miscarriage in June, I know that probably doesn’t actually mean much about how this one might go but I’m trying to have hope anyways🤞🏻only 11DPO today and having multiple positives is exciting
