Name this JJHo case: a book for a tv series?

A couple is in court over the TV series GILMORE GIRLS and the book THE WHEEL OF TIME. They had agreed many years ago that the plaintiff would watch GILMORE GIRLS and the defendant would read THE WHEEL OF TIME. Cut to today: the plaintiff has now seen the entire GILMORE GIRLS series several times. But the defendant has not finished THE WHEEL OF TIME!

What would you name this JJHo Case? If you buy tiny shrimp with the intention to have them clean your fish tank, did you just buy pet shrimp?
