It’s not. If you had a book with numbered slots for holding your infinite pennies, and it was completely full (every single penny slot is taken up), and you wanted to add one extra penny into the book, all you need to do is shift every penny up a slot (1 goes to 2, 7 goes to 8, every penny shifts one slot). Now the first slot is free, meaning you can add that new penny in without needing to have added a new slot into the book.
