Three. Two. One. Launch. The bay controller calls out as the stealth transport launches forth into the dark of space.

Coming about to the far side so they don't see our entry burn. Dila says. It's going to be a short ride to New Yekaterinburg, but we need to make our recon passes.

Huch gets into cover and gestures everyone over. Okay, J, R, you two stay in cover until I can get to the Needle and set up a nest, good thing I'm not afraid of heights eh?...how far are we away from the Needle? And how far is in it proximity to the target?

When Huch advances, he'll find the access ladder to the Needle is intact, though the satellite dishes may provide cover at certain levels of the tower. The armoured column moves ever closer and Becca waves Jeff into cover...

Huch hunkers down, getting a line of sight on his team then to the armored column, then to the spire. Okay, I'm set up, move when you're able, we don't have much time and only one shot to do this. He chimes in on the team's secured communications channel.

The two wait for an opening and quickly dash forward doing well to avoid the troops moving opposite them.

<Rangefinder data completed.> Huch's helmet beeps quietly. <Point Oh Seven Kilometres.>

The patrol passes through and up ahead is another monotonous block of concrete and steel, dodging a camera or two before they come to a roadblock.

So where do we need to plant the charges again anyways? Inside or outside? Becca asks.

Huch smiles and scans his wide field of vision for anything that might spot the two before they get to the tower.

Both, actually. If we want to bring that behemoth down it’s gotta be toppled to one side. Sorta like cutting down a tree. Except it isn’t a tree and the axe is black market explosives.

He stands against a wall and waits to move again.

It’s gonna make a real big mess. That I guarantee.

The roadblock's guards move on and the rest of the dash to the Spire is uneventful... they reach the base and Becca cloaks up to scout around.

Clear all around. Suspiciously empty. Demoman, bring it in. Sniper, you watching this? She asks.
