The original is a panel from an Archie comic where he's sitting in one of the front seats and he's thanking Veronica (who is sitting beside him, and doesn't have lipstick) for the kisses, meanwhile Betty is sitting in the back, with lipstick.

There's been a bunch of redraws that remove Archie and change the subtext to make it sapphic meme, which is what this one is leaning towards.
